Warranty

Warranty must be established within 30 days of purchase by registering the item on our website. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and you will be responsible for shipping.

Defects in materials, components, or workmanship are covered for one year from the date of purchase. Materials and components refer to zippers, buckles and fabrics, etc. Workmanship refers to seams and construction. Damage due to normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy (as further discussed below).

The products eligible for the limited warranty are covered to the original owner. Inevitably, well used (and well loved!) products will eventually wear out—fabrics will deteriorate, and colors will fade. Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty policy.

All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Mojo will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to you free of charge. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

OTHER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is available in only the United States and applies only to equipment, purchased from authorized dealers.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING COST?

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and you will be responsible for shipping. Customer Service will contact you directly, prior to repairing your item, to discuss your options. Please note, products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to you free of charge.



WHAT IF I SPILLED LIQUIDS INSIDE MY BAG?

Liquids spilled inside backpacks/luggage causing deterioration to fabric and/or materials will not be covered.
